FATAL ACCIDENT. - Andrew Marsden, a discharged Arkansas volunteer, recently received as a patient at the Richmond Medical Hospital, arose from his bed, at that institution, Tuesday night, and in passing through a dark passage, walked into a sort of hatchway, fell to the floor below, and was instantly killed.
