ARRIVAL OF PRISONERS. - One hundred and sixty odd prisoners, including sixteen niggers, captured by Gen. Stuart's forces in his late expedition, arrived here yesterday afternoon about 4 o'clock, and were lodged in the Libby prison. They were expected in the forenoon, but stopped about half a mile below Rocketts for rest and dinner. A Captain and several Lieutenants are among the party.
