GEN. WINDER’S FUNERAL. – The remains of Gen. C. S. Winder were brought to the city, yesterday afternoon, on the Central train, and escorted to the Capitol by the Public Guard. Gov. Letcher, Gen. Jno. S. Winder and other citizens united in the cortege. The Funeral will take place from the Capitol this afternoon at 4 o’clock. The body will be interred at Hollywood Cemetery.
