IMPROVEMENT. - We learn that the Government has taken charge, for the present, of all the wharves at Rocketts, and is rapidly fitting them up with solid posts driven in the mud, and planked over with seasoned 3-inch plank, to facilitate the shipping. We could not but notice the ease and rapidity of the working of the steam pile driver; this work is under the supervision of Mr. Jno. S. Dobson, Master-Mechanic.
