HOTEL CHANGE. - The Spotswood Hotel, we understand, is about to pass under the control of Frederick W. Crowley & Co. of Baltimore - Messrs. Cerkery & Co. retiring. Mr. Crowley is the proprietor of the City Point Hotel.
