       In obedience to Medical Regulations No. 28 I have posted in a conspicuous place the following: 

No Smoking

Use the spittoons

The ward master will see that each dose of medicine is properly administered. In addition to the above all the orders pertaining to the proper regulations of the Hospital Apartments that issue from the Medical Director, Inspector of Hospitals, or Surgeon Genl after being copied in a book kept for that purpose and posted in a conspicuous place.
