Church Hill Panorama
This panorama was taken from the western edge of Church Hill. The street
running left and right through the foreground is 20th street, and the street
perpendicular to that is Grace street.

A number of hospital buildings and other significant landmarks can be seen in
this photo, the most interesting of which are the Union supply wagons that can
be seen on Grace street in front of Seabrook's Warehouse (Gen. Hosp. #9) which
is obscured behind the trees.
**note: today, the view from Church Hill is quite similar, though at some
point after this photo was taken, 21st street was extended north, and therefore
today 21st street will be the street you see in the foreground. However as above
stated, the street you see in this photo's foreground is 20th street, and this
fact is established by the fact that you can see the roof of Libby Prison
(corner Cary and 20th) at far left.
