     VA. RIFLES, 1^st REG’T VA. VOLS.,
                  RICHMOND, April 22, 1861.

The Headquarters of this company are established at the old (until lately so-called) UNITED STATES HOTEL, corner of Main and 19^th streets, and will be open every day from 9 o’clock A. M. till 3 o’clock P. M. Any one wishing to join the company is requested to call during the hours stated.
