MILITARY NOTICE. – ALL ABSENTEES, members of my company of cavalry, are hereby notified to report to camp, at Manchester, Battery No. 17, on the Petersburg turnpike, or be published as deserters, and treated as such, and a large reward offered for their apprehension.
