NOTICE TO REFUGEES FROM FREDERICKSBURG. – All persons whose furniture and effects have been transported over this road since the 20^th of November, 1862, under a notice from the enemy requiring the evacuation of the town, and who have paid the tolls on the same, are hereby requested to call at the office of this company, and receive the amounts, which will be refunded them.
