Mayor’s Court, Yesterday. - …R. E. Butler, a discharged soldier and former sentinel at Chimborazo Hospital, was sent to jail, for making violent threats to end August Friend’s life. The latter was supposed (as sergeant of the guard) to have something to do with Butler’s exodus from his profitable post as sentinel.
