RICHMOND, July 3d, 1862.

NOTICE. – The negro boy TOM, (property of James Bates, of King and Queen county, Va.,) who was stolen by the Yankees three weeks since, has been arrested and placed at this prison for safe keeping. Mr. Bates will please call and take his boy away.
