Yankee Officers. – The number of Pope’s officers
in the Libby prison was increased on Sunday evening by the addition of 1st
Lieut. Wm. H. Clarke, of I company, 21st Massachusetts regiment, and
2d Lieut. Geo. C. Parker, of B company, same regiment. They were taken at the
battle of Manassas.
