New Paper. - The initial number of the “Southern Illustrated News” was issued on Saturday. Its appearance is highly creditable to the editors and proprietors, Mesrrs. Ayres & Wade. The editorials of the News are full of vigor and force, while the selections and other matter display both judgement and taste.
