HOSPITAL SUPPLIES. - A few days since the surgeon in charge of the North Carolina division of Winder Hospital received, through the attention of Governor Vance, fifteen thousand dollars' worth of supplies, which are intended for the sick and wounded from that State, now entered at that hospital. Governor Vance, on behalf of North Carolina, is unremitting in his efforts to provide for the comfort and happiness of all invalid soldiers from his State who are away from home, and so far their wants have been abundantly supplied.
