DANGEROUS PRACTICE. - The adolescent juvenility of the city are much given to practicing the dangerous amusement of clinging to the engine Jos. R. Anderson, as it passes through 8^th street, from the Petersburg to the Fredericksburg Depot. An unlucky slip will cause some of them to be crushed into jelly, when a great hue and cry will be raised about the impolicy of allowing engines to run in the street. It seems very clear that the engine will never chase anybody out of the immediate vicinity of the track, so if the boys want to preserve their legs, let them give the Anderson a wide berth.
