GENERAL HEADQUARTERS,
ADJ’T GENERAL’S OFFICE,
APRIL 23, 1861

VOLUNTEER COMPANIES, now in Richmond, or on their way to this point, will proceed at once to the Camp of Instruction, at the Hermitage Fair Grounds. The Captains will report in person to Lieut. CUNNINGHAM, Acting Assistant General.
