THE MAYOR'S COURT. - A long docket of miscellaneous cases detained the Mayor on yesterday from ten o'clock till half past one.

.... Martha Ball, a Petersburg free negress, having a certificate from Mayor Townes, of that city, was arrested flying around as a "woman of the town." Her business here, she stated, was that of a nurse at the General Hospital. Mayor Mayo ordered her back to Petersburg, with his compliments to Mayor Townes, and the request that he would keep her there.
