DISLOYAL CITIZENS. - Peter Fullerton, Patrick Brick and George Warnkin, arrived at Castle Thunder, on yesterday, from Gordonsville, whence they were sent by Major Boyle, Provost Marshal, charged with disloyalty to the Confederate States.
