AT THE CASTLE. – Henry Beckman, of lager beer saloon notoriety, was lodged in the Castle Tuesday, by order of Captain Charters, of the Reserve Forces, upon the charge of “shirking” military duty and playing off upon a “game” leg. Several other parties, aspirants to the same honours, were lodged in the Castle with him to keep him company.
