Surgeons in charge of Divisions will reduce their fires to
25 in each Division.
A Ward Matron in each Division will be detailed to repair
the bed linen &c. Thread will be purchased out of the Hospl fund in moderate
quantities.
All Requisitions must be reduced in relative proportion to
the population.
