Sir:

It has been reported that one or more colporters live at Chimborazo Hospital.

If this report is correct, the proceeding in irregular and contrary to law.

Chaplains are employed for the sick in Hospital: they should take a sufficient interest in the spiritual welfare of the soldiers, and furnish him with the necessary ____ to secure his attention and interest. Should Chaplains fail to perform their duty they should be reported.
