IV. A board of officers to consist of Major W. M. Elliott and Capt. L. J. Bossieux of the 25th Battn. Va. Vols. and Capt. T. P. Turner, P. A. C. S. Will assemble in this city on Wednesday Jany 14th 1863 at 10 o’clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as practicable to enquire into the cause of the escape of two prisoners Campbell and Armstead from the Military Prison in the Eastern District in this city, in charge of Capt. G. W. Alexander A.C.S.

The board will report the facts of the case and their opinion thereon to these Hd. Qrs.
