You are directed to report whether
the Alcoholic Stimulants have been exactly accounted for by the Matron in charge
of the Virginia Second (2nd) Div. of the Hospl under your
charge, in accordance with the enclosed circular [not found]? You will
also report whether she has been complained of by any of the Assistant Surgeons
for disrespectful and contemptuous conduct toward him and his official
authority?
