Dear Sir
Our photographer who is at City
Point executing your orders for Barracks Transports &c under the direction
of Genl Ingals writes inquiring if you wish him to extend his operations to the
new fields about Petersburgh and Richmond now accessable. He says Genl Ingals
will give him every facility for it if you so order.
Please advise us by first mail so that he shall not lose
time.
