The Recent Riot. – In the Circuit Court, yesterday, Laura Gordon was fined $25, and Martha Jamison $10, and 24 hours’ imprisonment in the city jail, for rioting. Minerva Meredith was fined $100, and the Judge sentenced her to six months’ imprisonment in the city jail in addition. Thomas M. Palmer was discharged, a nolle prosequi having been entered in his case.
