THE BATTERIES. - The Artillery Company raised in Chesterfield county, has been summoned to Battery No. 15, on Tuesday next, at 10 o’clock , to be mustered into service. A meeting of the citizens of Union and Church Hills will be held at Springfield Hall, to-night, to organize a company for local service.
