ARRIVAL OF HON. JOHN MINOR BOTTS. - Hon. John Minor Botts arrived in Richmond last evening in the Central Train. He was received at the depot by a number of his friends and admirers, and conveyed to the residence of Charles Palmer, Esq., whose guest he is.
